Heavy menstruation and/or prolonged menstruation are two problems that can occur in abnormal menstrual bleeding patterns. A visit to a licensed primary care practitioner is warranted if the bleeding is excessive or consistently prolonged in duration. Stabilizing the blood vessels, using astringent herbs and uterine tonics, and using anti-inflammatory agents can help to reduce heavy flows, slow blood loss and normalize the menstrual flow.

Three (3) capsules every three (3) to four (4) hours during heavy menstrual loss. Up to six (6) capsules may be taken per day for longer-term management.
